Two More Acts Head to the Season 18 Finals

America’s Got Talent Season 18 returned on Wednesday night for the second results show of the season, as two acts made it to the Finals. At the end of the night, host Terry Crews announced that America had voted for Ahren Belisle and Murmuration.

These two acts will join last week’s top two acts, Lavendar Darcangelo and Adrian Stoica & Hurricane, in the Finals of Season 18. The finale is shaping up to have plenty of variety, with a singer, a dog act, a comedian, and a dance group.

Two Acts Move on in Second AGT Results Show

During Wednesday’s results show, Crews announced that the Top 5 acts after America’s vote were Chioma & The Atlanta Drum Academy, Alfie Andrew, Ahren Belisle, Ryland, and Murmuration.

That was later narrowed down to the Top 3 — Ahren Belisle, Chioma & The Atlanta Drum Academy, and Murmuration. That means that the two Golden Buzzer acts from this week (Atlanta Drum Academy and Murmuration) made it into the Top 3.

However, only two acts could move on to the finale. Those acts were Ahren Belisle and Murmuration. That means we had to say goodbye to nine acts from this week’s show — Atlanta Drum Academy, Alfie Andrew, Ryland, Dani Kerr, Sharpe Family Singers, Andrew Stanton, Three G, Erica Coffelt, and Steel Panther.

Shin Lim Performed on This Week’s Show

During Wednesday’s results show, AGT welcomed Season 13 winner Shin Lim back to the stage to show off some of his amazing magic. This new performance was set to the song “Shape of My Heart” by Sting.

Lim manipulated a deck of cards to go along with the song lyrics as the audience heard them. If you want to see Lim’s act in person, you can check out his show Limitless at the Mirage Theatre in Las Vegas.
