America’s Got Talent Season 12 winner Darci Lynne Farmer recently announced that she’s releasing a new single called “Push Our Luck.” The singer, who is known for her ventriloquism, has recently started branching out into original music.
AGT Winner Darci Lynne Announces Debut Single
On Monday, Farmer took to Instagram to share the news that “Push Our Luck” will be available for fans to enjoy on February 5. Fans can pre-save the song now. Farmer shared a cover image for the track, in which she leans over the steering wheel of a car and smiles.
Although Farmer has teased her original music for fans on social media and during live performances, this is the first time she’s releasing a solo single. The 19-year-old singer previously collaborated with The Imaginaries on the song “Just Breathe” for the soundtrack to A Cowgirl’s Song.
“I wrote this song about those first-time feelings when you’re out on a date,” Farmer said in a statement about her upcoming single. “I think most of us have stayed out after curfew because we were having so much fun, so I really hope when people listen to this song they’re brought back to a moment, a person or a time where they pushed their luck.”

The Singer Is Competing on Fantasy League
Farmer is one of the 40 Got Talent contestants returning to the stage for AGT: Fantasy League. The Season 12 winner previously competed on AGT: The Champions, finishing in second place behind Shin Lim. Now she’s back for another chance to be named the winner.
For Fantasy League, Farmer is competing on judge Heidi Klum’s dream team. You can catch her first performance on Monday, January 22, at 8/7c on NBC. Will she make it to the Semifinals? We’ll have to wait and see.
